Have you heard of small business Saturday? It's the day after Black Friday where small businesses have the opportunity to shine! IMVU holds this event every year and this will be the first year that I will be participating. Why have I not done it before? Well, you see, I am terrible with time and once I realise the event is coming up, I don't have enough time to get anything done for it. This year I was reminded of a public room I already have available. So I fill that baby up with things from my shop and submitted it and here we are! Gaf210 is once again the host of this years event. so stop by his website to see all who are participating.

It's that time of year again! Every Wednesday around 4pm Central time I fire up my webcam and 3DS Max and create live for all to see. I am free to answer questions and give tips to those of you learning how to create. This is the second year I have done this and last year was a huge success! Last year we build a snow globe together and affectionately called it The Fellowship of the Snow Globe. All who tagged along got the product for free as well as a nifty snow globe badge. 
This year we have chosen to make a music box similar to the one from the movie Anastasia. Only instead of the dancing pair, there will be a ballerina pose in the center.
Also, as someone was so kind to point out, I have an overabundace of credits. This year when our fellowship is complete, I will award one random winner 5000 credits after we upload the finished product and take our group photos. Everyone involved will still get the product as well as the badge. This particular product might be an easy project so look out for a possible 2nd fellowship before Christmas.

In other news, there is about a month left of summer vacation then boys go back to school. I'm counting down the days. We've had a lot of fun, but I am ready to get back to work. I don't usually shop during Amazon's prime days, but there was a deal on a computer that I couldn't resist....so, yup, I got a new computer!! I can't wait to break it in!

Memorial day has passed which means we have unofficially started summer! For me that means lots of time outside and traveling with my boys. That also means I will likely be away from my computer for the next 3 months. I just want to wish you guys great summer fun and I will update you if anything significant happens. See you in the fall!
